Do you dig on residential or commercial properties?

Do I need locates if I'm replacing an existing fence or re-using the same holes?
Yes, you still need locates, even if you’re just swapping out an old fence or using the same holes. Underground utilities can shift, or new lines get put in without your knowledge. Plus, locate clearance letters are only valid for 60 days. Getting current locates keeps everyone safe, avoids any mess-ups, and makes sure we’re following the rules.
Is The Post Hole Company licensed and insured?
Yes, we’ve got Liability and Commercial Vehicle Insurance covered, plus we’re registered with WSIB (Workers Safety Insurance Board) and have Class A (Restricted) Driver’s Licenses. We’re also registered with CVOR (Commercial Vehicle Operator’s Registrant) and are good to go as HST registrants. How much clearance does our machine need?
We use mini skid steers with rubber tracks for digging, they’re designed to fit through gates that are at least 34 inches wide and are easier on the lawn than the wheeled ones.
